By accessing or using JobViability (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

JobViability is a career viability platform that evaluates uploaded CVs or pasted career text and returns a career resilience score along with personalised recommendations. The Service offers both a free tier (basic scan and score) and a paid premium tier (detailed report and 90-day action plan).

All scores, recommendations, and projections are generated based on the text you provide, general patterns in labour market data and our own proprietary algorithms. They are indicative only and should not be the sole basis for any career decision. Always consult a qualified career professional for significant career choices.

JobViability makes no representation that the analysis is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

The premium Career Intelligence Report is a one-time digital purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• The report is delivered digitally. Delivery occurs after payment confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that you do not own or have the right to submit
• Use the Service to process third-party CVs without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Misrepresent the AI-generated analysis as professional career advice to third parties

The JobViability platform, including its design, code, branding, and generated reports, is the intellectual property of JobViability and its licensors. The premium report generated for you is licensed for your personal use only and may not be resold or distributed commercially.

You retain all rights to any CV content you upload. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content for the sole purpose of generating your analysis.

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobViability and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any career outcome or decision made in reliance on the Service's analysis
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Service
• Service interruptions, inaccuracies in AI-generated content, or technical errors

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobViability and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We strive to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
